Pre-order items are delivered 30–45 days after purchase. If your order has both pre-order and ready-stock items, we may send them separately.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Weather, peak sale periods, courier issues or customs checks can cause delays. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. The customer pays these.
We can only change a delivery address before the order ships. Once it's with the courier, we can't redirect it.
