You can ask for a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
To start, email askme@moodboardstore.online with your order number and product details. Please don't send anything back before our team replies.
We don't give cash refunds. You can exchange for an item of equal value, or top up the difference for a higher-priced item. Shipping and other charges aren't refundable.
Clearance, sale and promotional items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they're faulty.

If we confirm the problem, we'll replace the item (subject to stock). Where possible, we may repair it instead. If no replacement is available, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

Please use a tracked service. For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay the return postage, plus a handling fee to send out the exchanged item: RM10 for West Malaysia or RM20 for Sabah & Sarawak. No handling fee applies to faulty or wrong items.
Approved returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving them (up to 7 during peak seasons). All returns are checked and approved at management's discretion.
